Any member of the UNL community can request a presentation (faculty, staff, or students). We will offer a recorded version of the presentation, when available. If an in-person presentation is necessary, please let us know in the form, and we will try to fill your request. See below for a list of our offered presentations. We require at least two weeks notice for all presentation requests.

LGBTQA+ 101

22 minute recording. A great introduction for anyone wanting to know more about the LGBTQA+ community and to show an active commitment to diversity and inclusion! Explores terminology, inclusive language, pronouns, campus climate, the Center, and the distinctions between sexual orientation, gender identity/expression.

Pronouns 101

16 minute recording. Increase your knowledge regarding pronouns and transgender identities using inclusive language. Viewers will practice pronouns and learn tips and tricks to increase comfort using inclusive language and gender-inclusive pronouns.

Sexual Health

14 minute recording. Increase your knowledge regarding sexual health and talking about sex using inclusive language. Viewers will learn the basics of consent, sexually transmitted infections (STI), STI prevention, body parts, and contraceptive methods.

Men and Masculinity

17 minute recording. Learn about the social constructs around being a man and how stereotypes negatively impact men and masculine folks. This presentation will discuss strategies to empower healthy masculinity and acknowledge the disparities between men from various backgrounds.
